Connect PropertyMe

You connect PropertyMe for one workspace. FreeAML stores the PropertyMe refresh token on the server. You do not see it again.

This connection uses PropertyMe sign-in. It stays turned off until FreeAML has a PropertyMe app. PropertyMe issues the client id. You register the redirect address with that app. The public guide is the [PropertyMe API](https://app.propertyme.com/api/swagger-ui/).

Connect the workspace

   Sign in.

   Open Integrations.

   Under PropertyMe, select Connect with PropertyMe.

   Sign in on PropertyMe’s page and approve access.

   You return to Integrations. The label is the agency name PropertyMe returned.

Send a check

   Choose Owner or Tenant, then search by name.

   Enter your client’s email and a reference. You do not enter their identity details. If the contact has an email, it is filled in and you can change it.

   Choose a service charge of $0, $25, $50, or $100. That amount is for this verification only.

   Select Create verification. Your client pays. An individual check is $20. A company, trust, or SMSF check is $40. Your client chooses which one on the link and enters their own details.

   The service charge, when you add one, is paid to this workspace.

When the check is complete or has failed, FreeAML writes one comment on that contact. The same status is written once. PropertyMe has not published a webhook, so FreeAML checks for a completed check on a schedule. The published document body does not include a file, so the report PDF is not uploaded.
