Connect VaultRE
Paste a VaultRE office token for your workspace, send a client-pays check, and write the status back.
Updated 12 October 2026
You connect VaultRE for one workspace. The office token stays on the server. FreeAML also holds an integrator API key on the server. You do not paste that key, and it is not shown.
VaultRE’s getting started guide says a developer registers as an integrator first. After that, in VaultRE you open Office Integrations, then Third-Party Access, choose the integrator, and select Create Token. Give that token to the person who connects the workspace. You can revoke it in VaultRE by deleting the token.
Connect the workspace
- 1
- 2
Open Integrations. The section is hidden until FreeAML turns it on and the integrator key is in place.
- 3
Under VaultRE, paste the office access token.
- 4
Choose Note or Custom field. A custom field must already exist on the contact. The default name is FreeAML status.
- 5
Select Connect VaultRE.
Send a check
- 1
Search a contact by name or email. VaultRE’s contact name search needs at least 4 characters. Search a listing by address. VaultRE calls that record a property.
- 2
Enter your client’s email and a reference. You do not enter their identity details.
- 3
Choose a service charge of $0, $25, $50, or $100. That amount is for this verification only.
- 4
Select Create verification. Your client pays. An individual check is $20. A company, trust, or SMSF check is $40. Your client chooses which one on the link and enters their own details.
- 5
The service charge, when you add one, is paid to this workspace.
VaultRE does not publish a webhook you subscribe to from this connection. FreeAML checks the verification on a schedule and writes the status once. A contact or property gets a note. A custom field is updated only on a contact, and only when you chose that option.
Can one token see every workspace I belong to?
No. The token is saved on the workspace you had open.
Where does the report go?
To the email of the person who created the verification.
