Payouts and billing

Service charges, connecting a bank, and buying credits.

• Set your service chargeOn a client-pays check you can add $0, $25, $50, or $100. Your client pays it on top of the $20 or $40 verification. You withdraw it after your bank is connected.
• Connect your bank for payoutsService charges sit on your FreeAML balance until you add bank details. Stripe Connect is only used to pay that balance to your bank.
• Payouts are not workingMatch the message on Payouts to the fix. Most of the time the bank is not connected, your client has not paid, or a team admin has to connect the bank.
• Buy creditsThe credit packs are $1000 of credit for $950, and $2000 of credit for $1800. I'll pay uses the balance before the card on file.
• Account and billing questionsSettings shows your contact, payout bank, and AUSTRAC number. Billing is credits, the card on file, and who pays for each check. There is no subscription page.
