In this last core lesson: reporting to AUSTRAC, and keeping your records audit-ready. In Reporting, FreeAML helps you prepare suspicious matter and threshold transaction reports. You can link a verification to prefill names and addresses. Then you download the file and lodge it yourself in AUSTRAC Online. FreeAML never submits reports for you. And remember: never tip off your customer. The Audit page keeps an append-only record of team changes, verification access and exports. Filter it, and export it as CSV or JSON. For an external review, export an evidence pack: one ZIP with the audit events, a CDD report for each matching check, and a manifest. And every completed check has a CDD report you can download for your file. Need help? Ask Sarah, our in-app assistant, browse the help centre, or use the FreeAML AML Advisor in ChatGPT. Quick recap. Prepare reports in FreeAML, then lodge them yourself in AUSTRAC Online. Keep your audit trail and evidence pack ready, and download CDD reports for your files. That's the core course done. Thanks for learning with FreeAML Academy.
