ClearAML versus easyAML on published price

Compare ClearAML and easyAML on the prices each one publishes. Read the suite line, the per-check line, and who pays; do not compare a single screenshot.

Quick answer

Open each vendor’s published price and write the same three lines for both. If a line is missing, say missing. Do not fill it from memory or from a figure this page refuses to invent. FreeAML’s own published lines, for the same note, are a firm suite at A$0, client-pays, A$20 for personal KYC and A$40 for company or trust KYB; this page does not rank the two products.

People search “ClearAML vs easyAML” when a buyer has two pricing pages open and is comparing one monthly figure with another vendor’s per-check figure. Checked against AUSTRAC’s obligations and compliance guidance on 4 October 2026. This is general information, not legal advice. This page does not reproduce that guidance. Each vendor’s price page on this site is separate: ClearAML pricing and easyAML pricing. The sector map is /tranche-2.

Same three lines, two vendors

ClearAML and easyAML both publish prices. The mistake is to compare ClearAML’s monthly line with easyAML’s per-check line, or the reverse, and call that a saving. Put the same label on each row: suite or subscription, personal check, company or trust check, who pays, and what the price does not include.

This page does not paste either card. Figures belong on their own pricing pages, where they can be corrected when a vendor changes them. If you cannot find a line, write “not on the page” and ask them, because a blank is more honest than a number you remember from a webinar. Enrolment, the compliance officer, and approving the program are not a software price.

  • Match the unit. A month is not a check. Write the unit in the cell, or the comparison is noise.
  • Match who pays. A client-pays check and a firm invoice are different even at the same printed amount.
  • Keep person and entity apart. A personal price is not a company price.
  • Do not import a rumour. If it is not on the published page, it is not in this comparison.

The note, without their numbers

Fill the note from their sites, then read the two existing pages on this site if you want the figures those pages already discuss. A wider product comparison with easyAML, beyond price, is a third article. Do not collapse the three.

How to line up two published prices. This table does not reproduce AUSTRAC guidance or either vendor’s price card.

Where the price-comparison page stops

This page is the method. The figures those vendors print are discussed on ClearAML pricing and easyAML pricing. A broader easyAML comparison is on FreeAML and easyAML. FreeAML does not set their prices.

Its own published lines are A$0 for the firm suite, client-pays, A$20 for personal KYC and A$40 for company or trust KYB. The firm emails the link.

What the client pays

On FreeAML the firm suite is A$0. The firm emails the client a link. Verification is client-pays. On the public list a personal KYC check is A$20 and a company or trust KYB check is A$40. Use KYB when the customer is a company or a trust. The firm suite does not include a ClearAML or easyAML subscription, and it does not reprint either vendor’s price. Confirm the live amounts on FreeAML pricing. FreeAML does not set ClearAML’s price or easyAML’s price.
