easyAML pricing: plans and per-check KYC and KYB rates
easyAML does publish a rate card. The useful question is which number is the seat, which number is the check, and which sentence on the page sets the contract term.
Quick answer
easyAML publishes Australian plan prices. On 2 October 2026 the cards were Starter $179 a month +GST, Professional $449 a month +GST, and Enterprise $999 a month +GST, each with $0 setup. Starter is pay per use. Professional and Enterprise include monthly verification credit. Read the live page before you sign: the plan picker says billing can change, and the FAQ describes a 12-month subscription.
easyAML in this article is the Australian AML product at easyaml.com. The topic is anti-money laundering pricing for a firm, not a medical search.
Published plans
Figures below are from easyAML pricing as read on 2 October 2026. They are easyAML’s prices, not FreeAML’s. GST is additional where the page says +GST.

| Starter | Professional | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly plan | $179 +GST | $449 +GST | $999 +GST |
| Setup | $0 | $0 | $0 |
| Supported users | Up to 5 | Up to 25 | Unlimited |
| Included entities | 1 | 2 | 3, then $49 a month per extra |
| Verification credit | None | $220 a month, rolls over | $440 a month, rolls over |
| Identity check rate | $20 +GST pay per use | $15 +GST beyond the credit | $15 +GST beyond the credit |
| Entity check rate | $40 +GST pay per use | $35 +GST beyond the credit | $35 +GST beyond the credit |
The FAQ states the same Starter meter: no included verifications, pay per use at $20 for KYC and $40 for KYB. Professional and Enterprise start with $220 and $440 of monthly credit, and unused credit on those two plans carries forward. Starter has no credit to roll. Their comparison table lists the same extra rates: identity checks at $20 +GST on Starter and $15 +GST on Professional and Enterprise, and entity checks at $40 +GST on Starter and $35 +GST on the higher plans.
What you are buying besides the check
The monthly plan is the platform: program tools, training, support, and the seat and entity caps above. Verifications are a second bill. On Starter every check is extra. On Professional and Enterprise you draw down the credit first, then pay the additional rate.
Their FAQ describes a KYC check as document verification, a biometric face match with liveness, Australian source data, PEP, sanctions and adverse-media screening, and an audit trail. The same FAQ still marks the final bundling of that check as unconfirmed. KYB is described as ABN or ACN data, directors, shareholders, structure, and entity screening. Whether a separate beneficial-owner verification sits inside that KYB price or is billed again is also marked unconfirmed on the page. Price the quote you are given, not the placeholder.
Professional and Enterprise cards include white-labelling. Enterprise’s entity line is three included, then $49 a month for each additional entity. Starter is one entity. Professional is two.
Term: two sentences on the same site
The plan section says plans are billed monthly and that you can upgrade or downgrade as the business shifts. The FAQ answers “is there a lock-in contract?” by saying easyAML runs on a 12-month subscription, not month to month, with the price locked for that term. Both statements were on the page the same day. Ask which one the order form uses before you compare a year of fees with a client-pays check.
How to read the meter
- Add twelve months of the plan price if the FAQ’s 12-month term is what you will sign, including GST.
- Add entity fees if you need more than the included count. Enterprise publishes $49 a month per extra entity.
- Estimate identity checks and entity checks separately. On Starter, multiply by $20 +GST and $40 +GST. On the higher plans, subtract the monthly credit first, and remember Professional and Enterprise credit can roll forward.
- Ignore a blended “cost per check” that hides the seat. A quiet month still has the plan fee.
That arithmetic is easyAML’s published card. It is not a statement that another product’s check is cheaper or dearer. Volume, GST, rolled credit, and the contract term move the total.
FreeAML is a different bill
FreeAML does not sell a monthly AML seat. The firm suite is A$0. Each verification is client-pays: FreeAML emails the customer a link, and the customer pays for that check. When the customer pays, the firm’s cash outlay for the verification is A$0. The current list is on FreeAML pricing. There is no monthly credit to use up, and no published minimum number of checks.
Put the two shapes next to each other only after you have easyAML’s order form. A subscription can be what you want if you need their program builder, training, and a named account manager inside one login. A client-pays check is what you want if the pain is a seat fee in months with few matters. Tranche 2 obligations sit on the firm either way.
