AML Assured and Forms Live: what the ecosystem sells

Agencies meet AML Assured beside Forms Live because they already prepare contracts in that forms system. What is being sold is the form, an identity step, and sometimes an AML label on top; that bundle is not the firm’s approved program.

Quick answer

Ask which job the invoice is for. A contract template is a form. An identity step inside that workflow is still an identity step. Enrolment, the risk rating, and reporting stay with the agency; this page does not list AML Assured’s current modules and does not quote a price for Forms Live; the firm suite is A$0; the client pays the check your program requires.

People search “AML Assured overview for firms” when a real-estate office already lives in Forms Live and is being offered an AML add-on under the AML Assured name. Checked against AUSTRAC’s real-estate examples for dealing with customers on 4 October 2026. This is general information, not legal advice. This page does not reproduce that guidance. The general line between VOI and customer due diligence is VOI versus CDD. The agency program as a whole is real estate AML compliance. The sector map is /tranche-2.

Three jobs that get sold as one login

A suburban agency does not go looking for an AML program. It goes looking for the contract. Forms Live is where many of those contracts are prepared. An add-on that talks about AML sits next to a workflow the office already trusts.

The risk is that the principal ticks the add-on and believes the program, the enrolment, and the customer risk rating came with the form. They did not. This page will not invent a module list or a price.

  • The form. It produces the contract the agency already needed. It is not customer due diligence.
  • The identity step. Sighting a person inside that workflow can support part of initial due diligence. It is not the whole program.
  • The AML label. A product name that includes AML is not an approved program and not an enrolment receipt.
  • Your records. Rating, approver, and date still have to exist even if the form looks finished.

Where the ecosystem page stops

This page says what that ecosystem is selling. It is not the general VOI-versus-CDD distinction, and it is not the whole real-estate program. Those are VOI versus CDD and real estate AML compliance.

What the client pays

On FreeAML the firm suite is A$0. The firm emails the client a link. Verification is client-pays. On the public list a personal KYC check is A$20 and a company or trust KYB check is A$40. Use KYB when the customer is a company or a trust. A forms login is not included in the firm suite, and an identity step in that login is not company or trust KYB. Confirm the live amounts on FreeAML pricing. FreeAML does not describe AML Assured’s current modules or set a price for Forms Live.
