Training your staff is one of your obligations. Here's how to do it in FreeAML. Open Trainings. There are four short modules: AML/CTF fundamentals, customer due diligence, suspicious matter reporting, and your Tranche 2 obligations. Each module takes about fifteen minutes and ends with a short quiz. You can see each person's progress here. Inside a module, everything is in plain English. Read through it, then take the quiz. Ask everyone involved in your regulated services to complete the training, keep the certificates with your training records, and refresh it regularly. Quick recap.
