You can reach FreeAML by email at team@freeaml.com.au. That is the contact address for product questions, a workspace problem, and billing questions about a check.
Write in your own words. Say what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a verification is involved, include the reference from your workspace so we can find the right record.
What to include
Include your name, the workspace name, and the email you sign in with. If you were following a guide, name the Help article and the step you reached. Screenshots of the page you were on are useful. Do not send identity-document images in the email. Those stay in the verification flow.
If you have not looked at the guides yet, start with Help. Many sign-in, verification, payout, and integration questions are answered there, and you can tell us which article you already tried.
What we can help with
We can help you use FreeAML: sending a link, reading a status, connecting an integration, and signing in. We do not lodge AUSTRAC reports for you, and we do not give legal advice. Your firm remains responsible for its AML/CTF program, enrolment, and reports.
