What IntelliCompli and AMLTranche listed on 5 October 2026

On 5 October 2026 IntelliCompli's pricing page listed Starter at $130 a month and Professional at $299 a month, with completed automated identity checks at $3, and a free period until 1 October 2026. The same day AMLTranche's homepage listed $59, $99 and $149 a month plus GST, with a set number of identity verifications included and $10 for each extra one. Both are subscriptions. FreeAML is not.

Quick answer

Quote their pages, with the date, and then decide whether you are buying a platform subscription or a check. Do not average the two into one β€œAML cost”.

These two names are what smaller firms type when they want a number without a demo. Checked against IntelliCompli's pricing page and AMLTranche's homepage on 5 October 2026. This is general information, not legal advice. This page does not reproduce that guidance. How to think about firm-wide cost is how much AML compliance costs. The check on its own is what an AML check costs in Australia. Choosing a tool is which AML software suits an Australian firm. The sector map is /tranche-2.

IntelliCompli, as the pricing page stated it

The page said every plan had every feature and unlimited users, and that you pay for the plan and for identity checks beyond an allowance. Starter was $130 a month, with 20 Stripe Identity verifications, then $3 an identity check. Professional was $299 a month, with 60, then $3. Enterprise was custom, with volume identity pricing. Automated checks were described as $3 per completed check. The page said manual verification was free. It said the product was free until 1 October 2026, and that during that free period Stripe Identity checks were $3 each with no included allowance. From 1 October 2026 the paid plans and the included allowances would start. The plan cards stated those monthly amounts. They did not, in the text read that day, say the $130 or the $299 was exclusive or inclusive of GST. Ask before you compare a GST-exclusive quote with a GST-inclusive one.

That is a subscription for a platform which the page said included sanctions and politically exposed person screening, transaction monitoring, AUSTRAC reporting, a program builder, staff training and related tools, plus metered automated identity checks. It is a wide product. A firm that wants those tools can price them from the page. A firm that only wants a customer check should not treat $130 as the price of one verification. During the free period the page's own arithmetic was $3 a completed automated check and no platform bill. After 1 October 2026 the arithmetic changes. Confirm which side of that date you are on.

AMLTranche, as the homepage stated it

The homepage showed monthly prices plus GST. Solo was $59 a month plus GST, with 1 seat and 5 identity verifications a month, then $10 per extra verification and $29 per extra seat. Boutique was $99 a month plus GST, with 3 seats and 10 verifications, then $10 and $25. Team was $149 a month plus GST, with 5 seats and 20 verifications, then $10 and $25. Enterprise was custom. An annual option was labelled as a 17 per cent saving. This page does not calculate the annual dollar amount, because the view read that day was the monthly one. GST is on top, because they said plus GST.

Included verifications change the real cost. A solo plan with 5 verifications is $59 plus GST before the sixth check, and $10 for each one after that, plus GST if that $10 is treated the same way. A firm that verifies companies and trusts as well as people should ask whether one β€œIDV” is the whole entity. The homepage did not, in the pricing block read that day, split person and entity the way a KYC and KYB list does. Ask. Do not assume five company files fit inside five ticks.

How to compare either plan with a pay-per-check price

  • Write down the job. Platform, program, training and reporting are a bundle. A customer check is one task inside it.
  • Put GST on the same side. AMLTranche said plus GST. IntelliCompli's plan cards did not say. FreeAML's public list is A$20 and A$40. Read each page rather than forcing them into one column.
  • See who pays. A subscription is the firm's bill. On FreeAML the client pays the check.
  • Count included checks before you call a monthly fee small. The sixth AMLTranche verification on the solo plan is an extra $10 on top of the monthly fee.
  • Re-read the page on the day you pay. A free period and a 17 per cent annual label move. This article is dated 5 October 2026.

Where this page stops

This page is two public price lists. It is not a review of either product's quality, and it is not a claim that one figure is a better buy. A firm-wide budget is how much AML compliance costs.

What the client pays

On FreeAML the firm suite is A$0. The firm emails the client a link. Verification is client-pays. On the public list a personal KYC check is A$20 and a company or trust KYB check is A$40. There is no subscription. Confirm the live amounts on FreeAML pricing. FreeAML does not resell IntelliCompli or AMLTranche. Those names are their products. A FreeAML check is client-pays and is not a monthly plan.
