Audit pack export: PDF, CSV, or call us

An audit pack export is a PDF or a CSV the firm can take without asking the vendor to build it. “Call us” is not an export.

Quick answer

Before you buy, ask how a two-partner firm gets the records an independent evaluation will want. A PDF you can open, or a CSV you can filter, is an export. A reply that says to call and wait is a queue, not a file. The firm suite does not write the evaluation.

People search “AML audit pack export” when a two-partner firm has an independent evaluation on the calendar and cannot see how to get the records out. Checked against AUSTRAC’s independent evaluation step on 4 October 2026. This is general information, not legal advice. This page does not reproduce that guidance. What belongs in the program is on the AML/CTF program for Tranche 2. What a platform should hand you is on what a free AML tool should include. The sector map is /tranche-2.

Three answers, only two are exports

A reviewer asks for what the program says you keep: the approved program, the risk assessment, customer due diligence outcomes, training notes, and reports the firm made. Software can store the check results. It does not become the evaluation. The buying question is whether those results leave the system as a file you hold.

PDF suits a file note you can read. CSV suits a list you can filter by matter, date, or result. Both are exports if you can take them yourself. A vendor that will prepare something after you call has kept the practical copy; book that delay into the evaluation week, or pick a different shape.

  • Ask for a sample file. Open it. If the columns do not match the matters you run, the export is a brochure.
  • Separate the pack from the opinion. The evaluator judges your program. A zip of check results is not that judgment.
  • Keep the version you approved. An export of today’s customers does not show which program was in force last March.
  • Do not wait for the letter. A two-partner firm that first asks for an export after the notice arrives is already late.

What you are testing on the sales call

You are not testing whether the vendor is friendly. You are testing whether the compliance officer can produce the record without a project. Write down the answer in the three words they actually use.

Where the export page stops

This page is the export test for a buyer. It is not how to write the program and it is not the evaluation method. Program contents are on the AML/CTF program for Tranche 2. The boundary of a platform is on what a free AML tool should include.

FreeAML does not prepare the pack and does not sit the evaluation. The firm suite is A$0. When a check is required, the firm emails the client a link and the client pays.

What the client pays

On FreeAML the firm suite is A$0. The firm emails the client a link. Verification is client-pays. On the public list a personal KYC check is A$20 and a company or trust KYB check is A$40. Use KYB when the customer is a company or a trust. The firm suite does not include an audit pack, an independent evaluation, or a compiled reply to a reviewer. Confirm the live amounts on FreeAML pricing. FreeAML does not assemble your audit pack or conduct the independent evaluation.
